Investor Overview
The closing date for the Tranche C prospectus was on 27 February 2020. In an extremely positive endorsement of the Bright Light Solar VCC investment case, we were selected as one of six funds that an S12J Fund of Funds invested in in 2020. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Annual General Meeting of Bright Light Solar shareholders was held via Zoom on 19 November 2020. (“the AGM”).
