Bright Light Solar VCC Ltd (“BLS”) is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of the 4th capital raise this year, with the capped limit of R50.0m being raised within an extremely short period of time.
BLS has already signed and installed over 140 solar and efficient energy projects across the country, has secured a significant pipeline of clients for future growth and deployment of further capital and is in the process of negotiating and closing several significant transactions with property developers, solar installers and clients that will result in the deployment of additional capital.
BLS plans to take advantage of the growing demand for solar and energy efficient solutions across South Africa and is ideally placed to continue to secure additional projects with a range of property-owning clients.
